I offer a safe space for women to express their current challenges, explore their thoughts and emotions, and to meet them where they are with a goal to help them feel heard and supported as we work together to create positive change.

Many women experience mood changes for the first time during the menopause transition which can be daunting, confusing and scary. With specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I help women address negative thought patterns, manage stress, anxiety, and depression, and help them to learn tools to help regain stability over their mental health.

In addition, sleep disturbances are a common occurrence for women going through the menopause transition. I have specialized training in CBT for Insomnia (CBTi) that uses evidence-based techniques to help improve sleep quality, manage nighttime anxiety, and develop healthier sleep routines.

My goal is to empower women to overcome emotional challenges, change their automatic thought processes and regain energy during this important life transition.
