I’m Meghan Schrumm, a Certified Nutritionist, Registered Social Worker, and woman navigating the menopause transition just like you. I earned my Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Toronto and worked in various healthcare settings for several years. After taking time off to raise my three kids, I decided to go back to school to pursue my passion for nutrition at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. Since, then I have gained experience supporting women directly with their unique goals and implementing individualized protocols to fit their lifestyle.


Holistic Nutrition
I launched my Holistic Nutrition practice to help women manage both their physical and emotional health during the menopause transition. My nutrition services offer personalized wellness assessments and protocols tailored to each woman’s unique needs. With a deep understanding of the emotional and physical changes that come with the menopause transition, we will focus on creating the best plan for you focusing on optimizing sleep, exercise, and stress management.
Individual Counselling
In my Social Work practice, I provide a safe space for you to express your concerns and develop coping strategies, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and CBT for Insomnia (CBTi). I specialize in helping women address sleep issues, anxiety, and stress by identifying negative thought patterns and offering evidence-based techniques to improve wellness. My goal is to empower women to take control of their well-being and thrive during this transformative phase of life.
