As a Holistic Nutritionist I offer personalized wellness assessments and protocols tailored to each woman’s unique needs. With a deep understanding of the emotional and physical changes that come with the menopause transition, we will focus on creating the best holistic plan for you focusing on all the areas of wellness including optimizing sleep, exercise, and stress management.
We'll start with an intake to review your current situation and goals. We will deep dive into what is working for you currently and where you wish to see change. We will not count calories unless you decide that is what you want to do. My aim is to empower you to take control over the areas of your life that will help you thrive and we will assess and re-assess in future sessions to see what's working and what's not. I will not be providing you with weekly meal plans but rather will educate you on ways to fuel your body to achieve stability and maximize energy.
